The Southern States Leave

I believe that part of the reason why the southern states seceded  the union was because they felt that they didn't have their states' rights. And ultimatly when we look at states rights it comes down to slavery. The south didn't have the right to just take all their things and slaves and move to another state that wasn't a slave state and turn it into one. They wan't to make the western states slave states especially texas. But the union wouldn't alow them to do this. And so, the south decided to separate from the union.

The Civil War

The Civil war was a war fought because of slavery and idustry.because of slavery in the world .This is the war that put the end to slavery, but also the war that started the American racial segregation.
